JEZ-X Return & Refund Policy

At JEZ-X, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at hello@jez-x.store with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items and items showing signs of use are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
